1. The first thing to understand is that we are living in a world of illusion where things are not what they appear to be. Consequently, the fundamental rule for finding our way through this labyrinth of illusion without getting lost is: DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY APPEARANCES.
2. The second thing to understand is that during the past century our subverted government has become fraudulent, our subverted monetary system has become fraudulent, and our subverted media have become fraudulent, all of which adds up to a triple scam.
3. As a consequence, life on Planet Earth is gradually becoming transformed into an increasingly insane Alice In Wonderland nightmare in which the level of stress and the degree of confusion are escalating as our political, economic, and social institutions become increasingly corrupt, fraudulent, and unreliable.
4. The next thing to understand is that, whereas inflation (depreciation of the currency due to expansion of the money supply) and depression (bankruptcies and unemployment due to contraction of the money supply or loss of assets in stock market crashes) used to occur as opposite phases of an alternating business cycle, inflation and depression are now occurring simultaneously in the form of an INFLATIONARY DEPRESSION in which the amount of money that people have to live on is decreasing (depression) at the same time that the value of that money is also decreasing (inflation).
5. To cope with the escalating emotional stress which is generated by this crisis, the first rule is to keep your sense of humor so that you don’t panic, the second rule is to welcome the crisis as a challenging opportunity to demonstrate your mastery by breathing deeply so as to stay relaxed, and the third rule is to radically simplify your life so as to reduce your living expenses and your emotional stress to a minimum.
6. To cope with the financial aspects of this crisis, the first rule is to eliminate all debts (including mortgages), the second rule is to avoid the inflationary depreciation of your money by using your intrinsically worthless paper dollars to buy intrinsically valuable assets such as gold, silver, land, and houses (without mortgages), and the third rule is to stop being intimidated by the IRS into paying fraudulent and unconstitutional income taxes that you do not legally owe. 7. Last but not least, the most important thing you can do to cope with this crisis is to align to the Source of your being by placing your mind in the service of your heart and practicing unconditional forgiving love in every situation so as to avoid imprisoning yourself with judgments in the form of judgmental emotions such as fear, anger, grievance, guilt, and depression.
In any case, never forget that how we experience the events in our lives is determined, not so much by what happens, as by how we choose to respond to what happens.
