* This enlightened definition of civilization was clearly set forth by the English political philosopher John Locke in his Second Treatise on Government around 1685. During the past century, however, this crucial definition has been systematically removed from our corrupted history books and our subverted educational system by the psychopathic global elite, who are acutely aware of the fact that it constitutes the key to the undoing of their malevolent agenda for enslaving humanity in the name of protecting humanity by means of their totalitarian New World Order.

The core members of the global elite can easily be identified by the fact that they are the owners and controllers of those financial corporations which own and control the central bank known as the Federal Reserve, which has owned and controlled the United States federal government ever since it was bankrupted by the Emergency Banking Act of 1933.
