We are watching the daily unfolding of Alice in Wonderland. Hold that thought
when you watch the TV news. What is, isn’t and what isn’t, is.
The violence in Iraq may be bad for America, but it serves the Illuminati
perfectly by justifying the continued, and indeed expanded, presence of U.S.
troops in the Middle East in line with their long-planned agenda for global
control.
In the same way, the global condemnation of the torture and abuse of Iraqi
prisoners is bad for America, but perfect for the Illuminati that controls the
U.S. administrations.
But why?
The United States may be the world superpower today and that’s precisely what
the Illuminati planned for it to be in the agenda for the centralization of
global control—the planetary Orwellian state of world government, world army,
world central bank and a micro-chipped population under constant surveillance.
But while America is being used now as the vehicle to impose this current
stage of the fascist agenda, it is not meant to continue as the superpower.
In fact, destroying that status and breaking the spirit of America is
fundamental in the installation of the Illuminati global dictatorship.
The reason is this: A world government (dictatorship) and a superpower do not
go together. The Illuminati dictatorship is meant to be the only superpower
and for that to happen the United States must be brought into line.
The greatest block to the world government is national identity and whether we
may not agree with America’s sense of itself there is no question that it has
a deep-rooted, almost genetic, sense of identity and national pride. While
that continues there is no way the nation will allow itself to be openly
dictated to and controlled by a world central government.
Americans and their country are being used to advance the agenda now, but the
plan is, not least through a manipulated conflict with China, to destroy the
might of both these “superpowers” so they come under the authority of the
Illuminati world government that would be installed to “clear up the mess”
left by the consequences of the conflicts and conquests now underway.
In other words: Problem-Reaction-Solution.
The plan is to use America and in doing so break America, economically,
politically and militarily. Most importantly it wants to break the American
spirit and its sense of identity and self.
So the exposure of the U.S. torture and abuse of Iraqi prisoners serves the
Illuminati in many ways, two in particular:
(a) It further stimulates outrage in the Arab world about the United States
and, as I wrote years ago, the plan is to engineer a Muslim ‘Holy War’ against
the US to ‘justify’ the use of their firepower to set the Middle East ablaze
and take over the region.
(b) It eats away at America’s, albeit false, sense of identity as the John
Wayne good guys who sacrifice themselves for freedom and justice across the
world. Americans torture people? That can’t be right, it’s those evil
foreigners that do that, isn’t it? The “revelation” that the United States
‘support our troops with pride’ military could commit such abominations is a
massive blow to America’s self confidence and sense of national
identity—exactly as planned.
Nothing is what it seems and while we may appear to be seeing the expansion
and grotesque expression of American might and power, we are actually watching
that power and sense of nationhood being systematically destroyed.

Are World Wars Orchestrated?

Muslims are rioting in Afghanistan today because US interrogators at
Guantanamo Bay flushed copies of the Koran down the toilet.
How do the rioters know this?
It was reported in Newsweek, a publication owned by the family of Eugene Meyer, a past Director of the War Finance Board (WW1), Governor of the Federal Reserve and President of the World Bank. His Washington Post company has had a long relationship with the CIA.
Nothing appears in the mass media without an ulterior purpose. The Illuminati is promoting a clash of "civilizations" between Islam and the US.
In the present run-up to World War Three, it is worth asking if this sinister cabal also orchestrated World War Two, which saw the genocide of 70 million human beings.
A detail in Prince Michel Sturdza's aptly titled The Suicide of Europe (1968) set off my alarm bells.
Sturdza was Romanian Foreign Minister from Sept.-Dec. 1940. He was a leader in the pro-Nazi, anti-Communist, nationalist Christian "Legionary" movement. The Nazis, who like their Communist counterparts were NWO, were opposed to all nationalist movements. They soon overthrew the Legionaries and put these patriots in concentration camps.
Before assuming his post in 1940, Sturdza was visiting Berlin. No one wanted to speak to him with the exception of Admiral Wilhelm Canaris, the wily chief of the Abwehr, German Army Intelligence.
Canaris had a request that both surprised and shocked Sturdza. He asked him to cooperate with Canaris' counterpart in Bucharest, a certain Moruzov who Sturdza suspected was a Communist agent.
Pressed on this, Canaris said Moruzov was providing the "best information concerning Soviet Russia's military preparations."
Before leaving Berlin, Sturdza received a visit from Canaris' deputy, a Captain Muller, "bearer once more of his chief's insistences, which left my wife and me perplexed."
"Captain Muller informed us that Great Britain had never been and would never be defeated. He added: "What I am about to tell you, coming from a Prussian officer, might perhaps be considered as an act of high treason. Pay attention however. Don't under any circumstances take the responsibility as Minister of Foreign Affairs in your country, of pushing it into a war where you have Great Britain as an adversary. You will be crushed. Great Britain is always victorious."
This was a peculiar thing for a German Army Intelligence official to say especially since Germany appeared invincible in August 1940. It had just conquered France in June and sent the British packing .
Sturdza thought he was being tested and was non-committal. "I had not the faintest idea that I had been in contact with the greatest spy ring and traitors known to the military history of any country." (Page 162)
Indeed Canaris, who may have been of Greek-Jewish origin, sabotaged the Nazi war effort. Sturdza believes his spy ring was the main cause of the Nazi defeat. After a failed attempt to assassinate Hitler, its members were brutally murdered by the Gestapo.
Naturally, they are portrayed as courageous heroes: principled humanists who resisted fascist tyranny. I respect this and hope it is the case.
Yet, the statement, "You will be crushed. Great Britain is always victorious," suggests a different agenda, a larger design.
The headquarters of the Communist-Capitalist International is in the City of London. The Bank of England financed the Nazi war machine just as they financed the Bolshevik revolution. The bankers orchestrated World War Two to destroy the great nation states of Europe and wipe out the cream of the new generation. For example, the Soviets slaughtered 15,000 Polish officers in the Katyn forest even though the Poles could have helped resist the Nazis onslaught.
Was Canaris Illuminati or an illuminati dupe? Apparently he
wanted to overthrow Hitler and end the war early, but the Allies insisted on
"unconditional surrender," i.e. maximum slaughter. No nationalist forces
were to remain. The German army had no choice but fight to the end.
I don't see the Second World War as "the good war." It was fabricated to
concentrate wealth and power, and to degrade and demoralize humanity. Both
sides were guilty of unspeakable atrocities.
The two great wars, and the upcoming third are designed to bring about Illuminati one-world dictatorship and mind control.
Mankind is in the grip of a multigenerational diabolical conspiracy, and is too mesmerized by sex and money to realize it.

Bankers Engineered WWII US Intervention

After Britain's humiliating retreat from Dunkirk June 4, 1940, Winston Churchill defiantly declared, "We shall fight on the beaches...we shall never surrender..."
His confidence was based on the knowledge the United States would back Britain.
The majority of Americans were against intervention. But a covert British propaganda and "dirty tricks" campaign, employing almost 1000 people in NYC (mostly Brits and Canadians), had hijacked democracy. It illustrates how London-based central bankers control the American people to this day.
The Republican Party was against intervention. Thanks to the British, the Republican Presidential nomination June 28, 1940 went to an unknown pro-intervention pro-conscription "internationalist" Wendell Wilkie, a lifetime Democrat who had never held public office.
On the eve of the costliest war in US history, (one million dead or maimed, $2 trillion in 1990 dollars), Americans were not given a choice. There wasn't an anti-war candidate. Does this remind you of 2004?
More than propaganda was involved. The organizer of the Republican convention, Ralph Williams, an "isolationist" (doublespeak for nationalist) conveniently died May 16 and was replaced by a lifelong British agent Sam Pryor who packed the convention with Wilkie delegations and supporters shouting, "We want Wilkie."
True, Williams was 70 years old. But historian Thomas Mahl says that the British mandate included murder and he implies this took place.
" [Wilkie's] nomination exempted President Franklin Roosevelt from the normal pressures of an election campaign," Mahl writes in his explosive book "Desperate Deception: British Covert Operations in the US, 1939-44." (1998)
Walter Lippmann wrote, "the sudden rise and nomination of Wendell Wilkie was the decisive event, perhaps providential, which made it possible to rally the free world...Under any other leadership but his, the Republican Party would ... have turned its back on Great Britain..." (164)
If a Republican nationalist like Robert Taft had won the nomination, Churchill was prepared to make peace with Hitler and abandon Stalin to his fate. The Jewish holocaust wouldn't have occurred because of Hitler's wish for good relations with England. In a repeat of World War One, American intervention prolonged the war with disastrous consequences for mankind.
The Illuminati game plan was for a long two-front war that the Nazis would lose. Although Mahl doesn't mention the Illuminati by name, his book exposes its modus operandi, which I will detail later.
To recapitulate for new readers, the Illuminati is the highest echelon of Freemasonry. Since its foundation in 1776, it has pursued the enslavement of humanity using world government or "internationalism" as an artifice.
Based in the City of London, the Illuminati represents the families that own the world's central banks. Through intermarriage, this clique combines Jewish finance and European/ American aristocracy in the pursuit of money, the occult, and its own supremacy.
It must enslave humanity to protect its monopoly over credit. The government does not create money. It borrows it from the central bankers who create it out of nothing and charge interest.
The aim is to colonize the whole world. Nations (like the US and England) movements (Communism, Feminism, Zionism and Fascism) and peoples (Jews and Arabs) are all sacrificial pawns in a multigenerational plan to create a Luciferian world dictatorship.
Central to the plan are wars contrived to distract, demoralize and destroy humanity. Each war increases Illuminati power and wealth and makes mankind accept domination. World War Two was no exception.
CENTRAL BANKERS AND SPIES
The Rockefeller and Morgan empires are part of the central banking cartel. At
the highest level, all intelligence agencies (MI-6, CIA, Mossad, KGB) answer
to this cartel, not to their national governments.
"British Security Coordination," (BSC) part of MI-6 handled the Illuminati campaign to frogmarch the USA into World War Two. It was financed by the Rockefellers and Morgans and housed rent-free on the 38th Floor of the "International Building" of Rockefeller Center.
"This was a convenient address," Mahl writes. "Several British agencies promoting intervention were also housed here. The British Press Service was located on the 44th Floor. The British intelligence front group Fight for Freedom located its operations on the 22nd floor in the same building, also rent free." (11)
Wendell Wilkie had been an organizer at numerous Democratic conventions. He was the President of a Morgan-controlled insurance company and a member of the "Fight for Freedom" executive. His whole campaign was financed and organized by the Morgans and British intelligence but made to look homespun.
After losing the 1940 election, Wilkie worked closely with FDR
to sabotage nationalist Republicans and was briefly considered for FDR's VP in
1944. Instead, his usefulness apparently ended, he conveniently died in that
year at age 52 of a streptococcic throat infection contracted in hospital.
The BSC's minions might be forgiven for thinking the Rockefellers were
opponents of Fascism. In fact, the central banking cartel brought Hitler to
power. The Rockefellers provided the Nazis with oil and owned a slice of
Germany's largest industrial concern, I.G. Farben. They provided the Nazis
with indispensable technology and materiel before and during the war, at the
expense of the US war effort.
Charles Higham's book "Trading with the Enemy" demonstrates that the central bankers had an intimate economic relationship with the Nazis through corporations like Standard Oil, General Motors, Ford, ITT and the Chase Bank.
Defeating Nazism was not the immediate goal of American
intervention. The goal was to have a long, devastating and lucrative war,
leading to greater concentration of power in their hands, the Cold War and
world government (the European Union and the United Nations.)
THE MODUS OPERANDI
In the 1930's the American people learned how the bankers had manoeuvred the
US into World War One for great profit. Congress passed a battery of
legislation to prevent this from happening again. British PM Neville
Chamberlain called the US Congress "pig headed and self righteous nobodies."
Thus the Illuminati had to change public opinion before FDR could commit the US to war. Their main weapon was the mass media, literally owned by the central bankers or controlled by advertising from their cartels.
In 1940, publications owned by the central bankers and their front men included The New York Herald Tribune, The New York Times, PM, The Chicago Sun, The Cowles Group (Look), Time Life, The Washington Post and the Baltimore Sun. All were decidedly for intervention. Hollywood also produced war propaganda. Alexander Korda, director of "Lady Hamiliton" and "The Lion has Wings" was a British agent.
Journalists achieved success as spokesmen for British Intelligence. They included Walter Winchell, Drew Pearson, Dorothy Thompson, Walter Lippmann, James Reston and Hubert Bayard Swope.
Public opinion polls were rigged or edited to give Americans the impression they favored intervention. For example, a British agent David Ogilvy put out the Gallup polls.
Nationalist politicians like Hamilton Fish, Martin Dies and Burton Wheeler were smeared as pro-Nazi and anti Semitic. They were hounded with false charges and eventually defeated. One, Senator Arthur Vandenburg changed his mind with the help of beautiful socialites working for British Intelligence.
The British manufactured German atrocity photos and a phoney map purporting to be a Nazi plan to divide South America. This map helped FDR overturn the last remaining neutrality legislation. Phoney horoscopes forecasted ruin for Hitler and American "isolationists."
Like the Communists, the British formed numerous groups that masqueraded as grass roots organizations. They included "Friends of Democracy," "The League for Human Rights," the "Fight for Freedom Committee."
After the war, the Rockefeller's Council on Foreign Relations ensured that official histories of American intervention were written. They did not want a repeat of the embarrassing revelations of how the US was tricked into World War One.
COMMUNIST JEWS
The British would have abandoned Stalin only as a last resort. British
Freemasonry (i.e. the central bankers) was behind the Bolshevik Revolution but
England had to pretend to be opposed to betray their allies, the nationalist
White Russians. The bankers created Nazi Germany because Stalin had become
too nationalistic
himself.
The bankers were going to let the two titans fight it out like monsters in a Japanese B-movie but Hitler had to lose because Germany represented a much greater threat to their plans than Russia. In my view, the Nazis were gangsters but the Soviets were no better.
Mahl's book provides glimpses into this confluence between the central bankers, the British, Jewish leaders, and the USSR.
For example, the BSC subsidized the Overseas News Agency, which was a branch of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, founded by Jacob Landau. Banker Felix Warburg also subsidized the JTA, whose job was to publicize persecution of Jews. Landau was also on the executive of "Fight for Freedom."
Decrypted VENONA messages (wires between the Soviet embassy and Moscow) reveal that Landau was working for both the British and the Soviets. He traveled to Mexico City in 1943 and had several meetings with the Soviet ambassador.
Mahl writes: "the VENONA messages reveal...Soviet secret intelligence had thoroughly penetrated BSC and its offspring OSS" (which became the CIA.) (49)
William Stephenson headed BSC. His Second -in- Command was Col. Charles "Dick" Ellis a member of MI-6 who organized and ran the future CIA. According to Mahl, Ellis was "also suspected of working for German and Soviet intelligence services." (194) (Neither men were Jewish.)

FINALLY
Freud's nephew Edward Bernays helped manipulate the masses for the Illuminati.
In his book "Propaganda," he wrote:
"The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government, which is the true ruling power of our country."
Clearly democracy and freedom itself is an illusion. There is room for popular choice but the Illuminati manipulates the process to produce the desired outcome. Ultimately it serves to legitimize illegitimate power.
Wars are orchestrated to eventually produce Illuminati world government. As the Masonic leader Albert Pike wrote in 1871, the third world war will be between the "political Zionists and Islam." Translated, that means the US and Israel versus Iran and possibly China and Russia.
Americans are being frogmarched to the next world war. The present period might be compared to the 1930's when both sides armed and had rehearsal wars. The final conflagration, possibly in 2010-2012, will eliminate a large number of "useless eaters." We are being so degraded and compromised by our acquiescence in our government's crimes that our demise will have Biblical overtones.

Elite Sets the Stage for World War Three

Something very worrisome is happening. Some of Rockefeller's best toadies
oppose the Iraq war. But Rockefeller and his ilk are responsible for
this war. What gives?
It appears the global elite is dividing its minions into two "house teams" again. The last time this happened we had the Fascist-Communist slugfest called World War Two. The same satanic cabal controlled both sides and picked Germany to take the fall.
This time, the U.S., Britain and the "coalition of the willing" are on one side. On the other are France, Germany, Russia and China. The centre of global power is moving to China, Europe and Russia. I see a world war over Korea, or more likely Iran and control of Middle East oil. The U.S., overextended from Kuwait to Korea, will come up short.
My guess is that the US will find itself increasingly isolated and vilified as a result of the Iraq war. I suspect the hidden agenda is to bring down the world's last superpower; to replace the UN with a new instrument of "world government"; to kill a lot of people, and to wean Americans off democracy and their high standard of living.
GLOBALISTS AGAINST THE IRAQ WAR?
Jimmy Carter, Nelson Mandela, George Soros, Mikail Gorbachev and Walter Cronkite are all globalist elder statesmen-for-hire. Curiously, they all oppose the Iraq war.
Jimmy Carter, a creation of Rockefeller's "Trilateral Commission" publicly supported more UN inspections. Mikhail Gorbachev said the war is a big mistake. Nelson Mandela called it a "tragedy" and warned Bush was plunging "the world into a holocaust."
Financial maven George Soros said:" The Bush doctrine is grounded in power; legality and legitimacy are decorations." Finally, Walter Cronkite, who is linked to Rockefeller's CFR warned:
"We are going to be in such a fix when this war is over, or before this war is over. Our grandchildren's grandchildren are going to be paying for this war. I look at our future as, I'm sorry, being very dark."
The leaders of Russia, France, Germany and China also voiced opposition with uncharacteristic bluntness. They must have the OK of the global money masters. "Military action ... is a big mistake," Vladimir Putin said. " Iraq has presented no danger..." China urged the US and Britain to halt their military actions.
France, Russia and Germany all refused a U.S. request to close their Iraqi embassies. North Korea apparently is preparing for war.
Even in England, major newspapers like The Mirror have been scathing in their criticism of Tony Blair. British newspapers belong to the same clan. I suspect England will defect to Europe's side before this fiasco is over.
PARALLELS TO WORLD WAR TWO
Before World War Two, a faction of the British elite built up Hitler. This was known as the "policy of appeasement." After Hitler fell into the trap of attacking Poland, they did a "sleight of hand" and replaced the accommodating Chamberlain with the defiant Churchill.
Iraq is a similar trap. The United States has squandered the sympathy and good will it earned on Sept 11. The images of the World Trade Centre have been replaced in the world's mind by the spectacular explosions in Baghdad.
The US comes across as a bully too cowardly to pick on anyone its own size. Notch this victory up beside its thrashing of Grenada, Panama and Serbia. The gloating by US TV commentators is particularly distasteful to the outside world
The damage to America's moral authority is incalculable. After this war, who will have sympathy for Americans if Chinese atomic bombs rain down on Los Angeles and New York? The devil degrades his victims before he destroys them.
ELITE TREASON
For almost 100 years, the American leadership class has belonged to an international cabal that is determined to dissolve all human loyalties, including the nation state, and establish a global tyranny. George Bush, who is part of this cabal, has led the American people into a trap.
Who in their right mind would deliberately alienate 1.3 billion Muslims? Of course Hussein is a bad man but this is not the motive. The U.S. is acting as gofer for the Zionists and the oil cartels, two leading parts of the cabal. They will come out ahead while Americans will foot the bill and take the brunt of Muslim indignation.
Can the U.S. even count on Israel? At his trial, Israeli Spy Jonathon Pollard was called "the greatest traitor in the history of the United States" (Gordon Thomas, Seeds of Fire, p.31-32). In the words of CIA Director George Tenet, Pollard, an American Jew, stole "every worthwhile intelligence secret we have." In the year prior to his arrest in Nov. 1986, Pollard transmitted "over 360 cubic feet of top secret paper to Israel," his trial was told.
According to Thomas, Israel's Mossad routinely trades information and technology with China's Secret Intelligence Service. (482) Pollard's information could have commanded a pretty price. Thomas says the theft from Los Alamos of the last 50 years of US nuclear research was also a joint Mossad-Chinese operation (33). He says an Israeli team inspected the American EP-3 spy plane the Chinese forced down in April 2001. (487)
But Israeli espionage must be seen in the context of the treachery of the American political elite in general. During the Clinton Administration, there was massive transfer of critical military technology to China. For example, in late 1994 the Chinese bought and dismantled a McDonnell Douglas plant in Columbus OH that allowed them to produce ultra-modern airplanes and silkworm cruise missiles.
This technology transfer is continuing under the Bush Administration. Consider the recent sale to China of a GM plant in Valparaiso IN, laying off hundreds of workers and moving sophisticated equipment used for making smart bombs. This transfer of nuclear and other technology to China is reminiscent of what took place after World War Two when secrets of the atom bomb were provided to Russia. Can you see the pattern? Russia and China belong the cabal and are being used to subjugate the United States. China is to be the new hub because its people are already used to tyranny. In another parallel with the past, American industry is relocating to China and other low-cost countries. At least 3.3 million US white-collar jobs and $136 billion in wages will shift there by 2015. (See The New American magazine, March 10, 2003). Similarly, Wall Street invested heavily in Nazi Germany in the 1930's. Standard Oil (through subsidiary I.G. Farben), General Motors, Ford, ITT and IBM were mainstays of the Nazi war machine.
In conclusion, while Americans are distracted by jingoism and jiggle, they are being set up for a nasty fall. The leadership class has already "left the building" as it were. The end of the Iraq war will find the United States isolated and reviled. As the Bush cabal tries to push its advantage, it will come into conflict with China and other nuclear powers. A major confrontation will ensue and an overextended US will be humbled. Americans will take a greatly reduced place in a new world order.
Americans should direct their anger not at their country but against their political and cultural elite, which is corrupt, cowardly, and traitorous.

The Captain of the USS Maine had insisted the ship was sunk by a coal bin explosion, investigations after the war proved that such had indeed been the case. There had been no mine. Hitler used this principle of lying to his own people to initiate an invasion. He told the people of Germany that Poland had attacked first. The Germans, convinced they were being threatened, followed Hitler into Poland and into World War 2. FDR claimed Pearl Harbor was a surprise attack. It wasn't. The United States saw war with Japan as the means to get into war with Germany, which Americans opposed. So Roosevelt needed Japan to appear to strike first. Following an 8-step plan devised by the Office of Naval Intelligence, Roosevelt intentionally provoked Japan into the attack. Contrary to the official story, the fleet did not maintain radio silence, but sent messages intercepted and decoded by US intercept stations. Tricked by the lie of a surprise attack, Americans marched off to war. President Johnson lied about the Gulf of Tonkin to send Americans off to fight in Vietnam. There were no torpedoes in the water in the Gulf. LBJ took advantage of an inexperienced sonar man's report to goad Congress into escalating the Vietnam It is inescapable historical reality that leaders of nations will lie to their people to trick them into wars they otherwise would have refused. It is not "conspiracy theory" to suggest that leaders of nations lie to trick their people into wars. It is undeniable fact. This brings us to the present case. Did the government of the United States lie to the American people, more to the point, did President Bush and his Neocon associates lie to Congress, to initiate a war of conquest in Iraq? This question has been given currency by a memo leaked from inside the British Government which clearly indicates a decision to go to war followed by the "fixing" of information around that policy. This is, as they say, a smoking gun. But the fact is that long before this memo surfaced, it had become obvious that the US Government, aided by that of Great Britain, was lying to create the public support for a war in Iraq. First off is Tony Blair's "Dodgy Dossier", a document released by the Prime Minister that made many of the claims used to support the push for war. The dossier soon collapsed when it was revealed that much of it had been plagiarized from a student thesis paper that was 12 years old! The contents of the dossier, however much they seemed to create a good case for invasion, were obsolete and outdated. This use of material that could not possibly be relevant at the time is clear proof of a deliberate attempt to deceive. Then there was the claim about the "Mobile biological weapons laboratories". Proffered in the absence of any real laboratories in the wake of the invasion, photos of these trailers were shown on all the US Mainstream Media, with the claim they while seeming to lack anything suggesting biological processing, these were part of a much larger assembly of multiple trailers that churned out biological weapons of mass destruction. The chief proponent of this hoax was Colin Powell, who presented illustrations to the United Nations on February 5th, 2003. This claim fell apart when it was revealed that these trailers were nothing more than hydrogen gas generators used to inflate weather balloons. This fact was already known to both the US and UK, as a British company manufactured the units and sold them to Iraq. Colin Powell's speech to the UN was itself one misstatement after another. Powell claimed that Iraq had purchased special aluminum tubes whose only possible use was in uranium enrichment centrifuges. Both CIA and Powell's own State Department confirmed that the tubes were parts for missiles Saddam was legally allowed to have. Following the invasion, no centrifuges, aluminum or otherwise were found. Powell also claimed to the United Nations that photos showed "Decontamination Vehicles". But when United Nations inspectors visited the site after the invasion, they located the vehicles and discovered they were just firefighting equipment. Powell claimed the Iraqis had illegal rockets and launchers hidden in the palm trees of Western Iraq. None were ever found. Powell claimed that the Iraqis had 8,500 liters (2245 gallons) of Anthrax. None was ever found. Powell claimed that Iraq had four tons of VX nerve gas. The UN had already confirmed that it was destroyed. The only VX ever found were samples the US had left as "standards" for testing. When the UN suspected that the US samples had been used to contaminate Iraqi warheads, the US moved quickly to destroy the samples before comparison tests could be carried out. Powell claimed that Iraq was building long-range remote drones specifically designed to carry biological weapons. The only drones found were short-range reconnaissance drones. Powell claimed that Iraq had an aggregate of between 100 and 500 tons of chemical and biological warfare agents. Powell gave no basis for that claim at all, and a DIA report issued the same time directly contradicted the claim. No biological or chemical weapons were found in Iraq following the invasion. Powell claimed that "unnamed sources" confirmed that Saddam had authorized his field commanders to use biological weapons. No such weapons were ever used by the Iraqis to defend against the invasion and, of course, none were ever found in Iraq. Powell claimed that 122mm warheads found by the UN inspectors were chemical weapons. The warheads were empty, and showed no signs of ever having contained chemical weapons. Powell claimed that Iraq had a secret force of illegal long-range Scud missiles. None were ever found. Powell claimed to have an audio tape proving that Saddam was supporting Osama Bin Laden. But independent translation of the tape revealed Osama's wish for Saddam's death. Colin Powell's UN debacle also included spy photos taken from high flying aircraft and spacecraft. On the photos were circles and arrows and labels pointing to various fuzzy white blobs and identifying them as laboratories and storage areas for Saddam's massive weapons of mass destruction program. Nothing in the photos actually suggested what the blobby shapes were and inspections which followed the invasion, all of them turned out to be rather benign. In at least one case, the satellite Powell claimed had taken one of the pictures had actually been out of operation at the time. And many questioned why Powell was showing black and white photos when the satellites in use at the time over Iraq took color images. Another piece of evidence consists of documents which President Bush referenced as in his 2003 State of the Union Speech. According to Bush, these documents proved that Iraq was buying tons of uranium oxide, called "Yellow Cake" from Niger. Since Israel had bombed Iraq's nuclear power plant years before, it was claimed that the only reason Saddam would have for buying uranium oxide was to build bombs. This hoax fell apart fast when it was pointed out that Iraq has a
great deal of uranium ore inside their own borders and no need to import
any from Niger or anywhere else. The I.A.E.A. then blew the cover off
the fraud by announcing that the documents Bush had used were not only
forgeries, but too obvious to believe that anyone in the Bush
administration did not know they were forgeries! And THAT shows an intention to deceive. Lawyers call this "Mens Rea", which means "Guilty Mind". TV lawyer shows call it "Malice aforethought". This means that not only did the Bush Administration lie to the people and to the US Congress, but knew they were doing something illegal at the time that they did it. All the talk about "Intelligence failure" is just another lie. There was no failure. Indeed the Army agents who erroneously claimed that missile tubes were parts for a uranium centrifuge received bonuses, while the Pentagon smeared Hans Blix, and John Bolton orchestrated the firing of Jose Bustani, the director of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, because Bustani was trying to send chemical weapons inspectors to Baghdad. The President of the United States and his Neocon associates lied to the people of the United States to send them off on a war of conquest. Defenders of the government will point to the cases listed at the top of the page as proof that lying to the people is a normal part of the leader's job and we should all get used to it. And because "Everybody does it" that we should not single out the present administration. But this is madness. We do not catch all the murderers, yet when we catch a murderer, we deal with them as harshly as possible, in order to deter more murderers. Right now, we have the criminals at hand. and, while other leaders in history have lied to start wars, for the first time in history, the lie stands exposed while the war started with the lies still rages on, to the death and detriment of our young men and women in uniform. We cannot in good moral conscience ignore this lie, this crime, lest we encourage future leaders to continue to lie to use to send our kids off to pointless wars. Lying to start a war is more than an impeachable offence; it the highest possible crime a government can commit against their own people. Lying to start a war is not only misappropriation of the nation's military and the nation's money under false pretenses, but it is outright murder committed on a massive scale. Lying to start a war is a betrayal of the trust each and every person who serves in the military places in their civilian leadership. By lying to start a war, the Bush administration has told the military fatalities and their families that they have no right to know why they were sent to their deaths. It's none of their business. Our nation is founded on the principle of rule with the consent of the governed. Because We The People do not consent to be lied to, a government that lies rules without the consent of the governed, and ruling without the consent of the governed is slavery. You should be more than angry. You should be in a rage. You should be in a rage no less than that of the families of those young men and women who have been killed and maimed in this war started with a lie.You need to be in a rage and you need to act on that rage because even as I type these words, the same government that lied about Iraq's nuclear weapons is telling the exact same lies about Iran's nuclear capabilities. The writing is on the wall; having gotten away with lying to start the war in Iraq, the US Government will lie to start a war in Iran, and after that another, and after that another, and another and another and another because as long as you remain silent, and as long as you remain inactive, the liars have no reason to stop.
