Humanity is now in the process of ascending from the third dimension to the
fourth dimension of consciousness.
The planetary ascension energies which are facilitating this process have been
increasing with every passing month and are now escalating exponentially.
It is important to understand that this process of ascension is analogous to a
birthing process, which is also a dying process in the sense that you are dying
to third-dimensional separation consciousness even as you are being born into
fourth-dimensional unity consciousness.
This birthing process is experienced as tension, pressure, compression, and
general discomfort, which may involve a temporary reduction of physical energy
and a temporary sense of mental disorientation, all of which will culminate in a
radical transformation of your identity.
If you wish to pass through this extremely challenging process as harmoniously
as possible, make the empowering choice to trust the process no matter what it
looks like or feels like, so that you can keep your mind and body as relaxed as
possible.
State to your Creator that you are now ready to be birthed into your full
mastery and homecoming.
Next, make the empowering choice to place your embodied mind in the service of
your inner being so that you can release your old identity completely and
welcome your new identity wholeheartedly.
Then, focus your attention on breathing in the powerful planetary ascension
energies and loving yourself unconditionally so as to open your heart chakra
fully, which is the key to the ascension process.
Last but not least, prepare to take care of yourself as an empowered master when
the old political, economic, and social system collapses so that your customary
routine is no longer viable.
