The Toast of New Orleans

Dear Friends:

Speaking of what happened to New Orleans two years ago, have you ever seen the film, THE TOAST OF NEW ORLEANS (1950), starring Mario Lanza and Kathryn Grayson ?

I never get tired of watching their passionate performance of the Love Duet from Madame Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini during
the concluding portion of this cinematic masterpiece, which I have seen over a hundred times and which I regard as the supreme
example of classical opera at its finest.

I sincerely recommend that you obtain a copy of the DVD version, which just became available in July.

In Love's pure Light,

All-is-one Heartsong
